This accessory Installs behind the wheel brake on the Legacy, Maxi+, Symphony or Alpha walker..Use a slow down brake if your walker is moving too fast for your gait. Adjust it to make your walker move slower. An inner wheel applies tension to the wheel to slow rotation. The tension is adjusted with a thumb screw on top. A locking nut hold the desired position. Works independently from brakes and brake handles.
